In 2004-present Paul created and operates Creativecoaching, LLC, that coaches all non-professional small and large businesses; InselmanCoaching, that teaches all health care practitioners how to build larger and more profitable practices, and he is the former Director of Professional Development at Enzyme Formulations, Inc. Paul is also the author of Stepping Stones, that was co-authored with Deepak Chopra.
